Hydrotek supports its Stiletto Safe channel and trench drainage product lines with a recognised Technical Services consultant, to advise customers on the selection of the appropriate channel and trench drainage systems.  The design service is offered without obligation, by fully qualified hydraulic consultants, and all advice is fully supported with extensive, project specific documentation.

Technical Services can assist in:

• Offering technical & installation advice.

• Determining the optimum size of the trough & grate required for design flow rates.

• Drafting installation details to the customer's requirements using CAD documentation.

• Offering a variety of support functions.

All documentation can be submitted by fax, email or directly by Hydrotek's highly trained technical consultants.

Due to the hygienic and easy-to-clean nature of stainless steel, a thorough wash with warm soapy water, followed by rinsing with clean water, will prove successful for routine cleaning of your channel.

Gratings can be removed and cleaned in a dishwasher or autoclave if necessary.

PLEASE NOTE

• Never use a wire brush to clean down the channel system.
  
  
• Do not allow Hydrochloric acid (or brick acid) to come into contact with the channel system.
  
  
• Do not allow ferrous metals to come into contact with the channel system as these will contaminate the steel causing oxidation (rust)
